This sets out the type of information we collect.  It tells you how the information is held and how it is used.  There are contact details for queries about your personal information.  All personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection laws in the UK.

What information do we collect?

When you place an order online or by telephone, we create a record in your name containing your contact details.  For telephone orders we will also collect your credit/debit card details.  We do not retain card details once the payment has been processed.

We only hold basic personal information, eg contact details and we do not hold any sensitive personal data about members of the public.

How do we use your information?

We use your personal information in the following ways

• To process orders placed online or by telephone.
• To process payments.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing sales orders.

We do not currently circulate any newsletters about our products.  If we later introduce a newsletter we will first obtain your consent to that use.

Who might we share this information with?

We do not share personal data with any other person or organisation.

Your rights and your personal data

You have the right to access personal data we hold on you.  You can request the personal data we hold.  You may also request that your personal data is deleted or corrected.  Once we have received your request we will respond within one month.
